This policy applies to personal data collected through our website at www.industrialnetworking.com and our webstore (collectively, the "Site").
1. Information We Collect

We collect only the personal data that is adequate, relevant, and reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- To process and fulfill your orders and manage your account
- To contact you about your orders, account, or customer service needs

All financial and billing information collected through the Site is used solely to process your purchases. We do not use billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. Credit card processing is managed by a third-party payment processor that is contractually prohibited from storing, retaining, or using your payment information for any purpose other than completing your transaction.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processing: We share billing and payment data with our third-party payment processor solely to complete your transactions.
- Referral partners: INS has referral relationships with third-party companies and individuals ("Referral Partners"). If you become a customer through a Referral Partner, INS and that partner may share your contact information to establish your identity as a shared customer and to calculate referral fees. This sharing is governed by our Terms of Service.
- Service providers: We may share data with vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering services, under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to the purposes for which it was shared.
- Advertising and analytics partners: Subject to your cookie preferences, we share data with advertising and analytics partners (including Google) to support remarketing and Site performance measurement. See Section 8 for how to manage these preferences.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer data may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.
