INS Acquires DH Wireless Solutions

Richardson, Texas – (June 8, 2021) Ergotech Controls, Inc. dba Industrial Networking Solutions (“INS”) announced the acquisition of DH Wireless Solutions, Inc. (“DH Wireless”), a value-added reseller and systems integrator focused on wireless Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity applications. The acquisition expands INS’s wireless IoT capabilities and strengthens its position in mobile and fixed industrial connectivity markets.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, DH Wireless offers products from leading technology vendors in the wireless IoT marketplace. This also includes DH Wireless' proprietary line of DH Portable and Custom Solutions — rugged, secure closed-case systems designed and built for mobile and fixed applications. DH Wireless provides planning, provisioning, deployment, and support services to ensure customers fully realize the benefits of IoT technology.
