The IndustrialNet™ DIN Rail Fiber Optic Patch Panel provides fiber protection for terminated distribution style cabling. It can be mounted to a standard 35mm DIN rail and locked in place with adjustable latches, which are designed to allow it to mount on a flat surface. This DIN rail mount enclosure includes a PG21 cable entry gland which includes two inserts for use with a range of fiber cables and 6-32 × 3/8" Phillips head screws to mount faceplate to patch panel. For use with FAPs.

Applications

IndustrialNet DIN Rail Mount Fiber Patching Solution conserves precious real estate by consolidating all fiber patching onto the DIN rails of a zone enclosure or control panel, designed to support FAPs and most fiber cassettes. This product can be deployed as flexible, reconfigurable and high performance structured cabling elements in traditional hierarchical star, fiber-to-enclosure (zone), or device level ring Industrial Ethernet architectures. This structured cabling solution is important as Ethernet reaches further into the industrial automation network, enabling traditional IT departments to manage change in the industrial network through the use of familiar patching facilities and structured cabling models. The IndustrialNet Modular Patching allows customers to easily deploy fiber connectivity in the same modular DIN footprint in such applications.
