Industrial Networking Solutions (INS) Celebrates 20th Anniversary
Addison, TX – (August 22, 2018) INS is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the company’s founding this month. INS was founded in August of 1998 to distribute and promote the use of rugged Ethernet-based technology products for use in industrial control networks. The fledgling Industrial Ethernet industry had the audacious goal of replacing the proprietary serial-based plant floor networks of the time with open, vendor-neutral Ethernet technology. Fast forward to today, and not only has Ethernet technology become the standard for wired plant floor networks, but it has also become the standard for wireless Industrial IoT networks as well. In that time, INS has expanded its product and services offerings to help it become the go-to solution provider for Industrial IoT wireless and wired networking solutions, as well as providing turn-key IoT and IIoT network design, installation and training.
INS’s growth and stability can be directly attributed to the trust our loyal customer base has shown us, the tremendous partnerships that we have forged with our vendors, and the dedication of our highly qualified staff members, whose individual talents and efforts have propelled INS to our current position.
