Choose the courses/classes you wish to attend and send your contact info to INS via a form page on this website. INS will use the submitted info to verify your selected classes have vacancies. |

- Organizations or companies sending more than one person to our classes
- Using a credit card (corporate or personal) or purchase order (PO) for tuition payment
How the Fax-in Form method works
Download a registration form (PDF) and fax back to INS at 972-248-9533. Prior to faxing this form, please contact INS Training at 800-889-1461 to verify class vacancies. |
