Requirements |
- 5+ years outside sales experience selling industrial control equipment and/or Industrial IT hardware to end users, OEMs, system integrators, and resellers.
- Demonstrable success in selling process or discrete control hardware, Industrial ethernet switches, routers, connectors and cabling in one or more of the following vertical markets: automotive, semi-conductor, manufacturing, oil & gas, water & wastewater, petrochemical, power generation, consumer goods or pharmaceutical
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency working with CRM software (i.e. ACT!, Netsuite, etc.)
- History of year-to-year sales volume growth
- Demonstrable ability to open new accounts and markets
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities |
- Meet sales revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize targeted prospects in assigned market
- Prospect and qualify potential buyers, identifying key decision makers
- Utilize strategic selling skills to effectively present INS products and engineering solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Travel within territory as needed to manage and grow business
- Manage territory reseller channel
