Description

Robust DataComm Serial (RS-485) to Ethernet Converter, Modbus/TCP Supported, Screw Terminal RS-485 Connection, DIN-Rail Mount, 9-36 VDC Powered.

The rdc485Enet safely and easily connects an industrial device with serial interface (RS-485, 2 or 4-wire) to an Ethernet network while providing the ultimate in isolation, surge, and noise protection. The RS-485 port and network port are isolated from each other as well as the DC supply ground. 600w transient suppressor diodes further protect the RS-485 port from momentary surges. Standard industrial automation protocols like Modbus/TCP is also supported.
